We cannot offer support for websites purchased from SonicPoint.com or their affiliates and resellers. We do, however, offer support for these websites
if they were purchased from WackyWednesdaySale.com, WackyWeekendSale.com or WackyCentral.com or if you purchase our installation service.
Please read the following information carefully before making your payment
We service a number of different turnkey websites and the affiliate programs vary, so please
read the instructions that came with your website(s) upon purchase. Most websites simply require your affiliate ID (name or number) for
1-5 affiliate programs. However, depending on your website(s), you may need to create a widget as well.
Please follow the instructions you received with your website(s) to locate and/or sign up for your affiliate ID's and to create widgets.
You must provide us with the ID's and/or widget codes exactly as shown in the instructions.
You will need a domain name and a hosting account with a Linux/Unix server. (NOT a Windows server.) If you do not have these yet,
you may register a domain name HERE and obtain an inexpensive hosting account
HERE. (Links open in new windows so you don't lose this page.)
We will need the following information for each website to be installed:
1. Your domain name (website url)
2. If your new turnkey website is to be installed in a folder, not the root directory of your domain, please include the folder name
3. Your hosting account ftp login username and password
4. Your affiliate ID's as described above
Please have ALL of the above information prepared BEFORE you submit your payment.
It's best to create a text file (using notepad)
with all of your ID's listed so that you have everything handy.
After making your payment via PayPal, please open a ticket in the
"Website Installation" Department at our Support Desk
to provide us with the information needed to install your website(s).
Please use the same name and email address on your support ticket as your PayPal payment so we can identify you.
Copy and paste the information from the text file for items 1-4 above to the support ticket.
Our installation turnaround time is normally 24-48 hours. However, if we have to contact you
for additional or missing information, it may take longer.
You may pay for more than one website installation by changing the quantity on the payment form. (Be sure to click the "update totals"
button.) However, if you are
ordering more than one, please CLEARLY STATE which information is for each website and/or domain in your support ticket.
We cannot be held responsible for installing the wrong website on the wrong domain if you do not make the information clear to us.
NOTE: The $19.95 price does not apply to the hobby and mental health cross-linked websites. See separate instructions and payment information below.

The price for installation of the cross-linked (hobby and mental health) websites is $67. (Please bear in mind that each cross-linked website is actually 17 or 27 individual websites that we must configure and install.)
We will need the information listed above, and we also need to know if you want your individual sites installed in sub-domains (pottery.yoursite.com) or sub-directories (yoursite.com/pottery).
If you
wish to use sub-domains, you must first set up each one inside your cpanel or web host admin back office. Please use the exact
folder names of each individual site (i.e. pottery) inside your cross-linked website main folder.
